First, find the VBoxManage inside the VirtualBox folder (most find on Program Files).
Example. to 20gb:
C:\ProgramFiles\Oracle\VM\VBoxManage modifyhd <absolute path including the name and extension> --resize 20480
Then, inside your OS extend the partition.
